6. Set properties for an object, report or report page in the Properties bar. The most commonly used property is the Field property in which you select the field and datasource from which the object should pull reporting data. Also, you may associate behaviors with an object.
7. Save and close your report by choosing Save from the Report menu. Click Yes to save. |

8. On the Dashboard, the Permissions area lists users, groups and positions that can view the report. By default, the group Everyone is allowed to view the new report. The Everyone setting allows all licensed, registered PerfectForms™ users to view the report. To change this, click Add or Remove.
Note: If you need to assign access to the report only to specific users, groups or positions, you may need to access the Settings Dashboard and create them first. For more information on creating users, groups and positions, see the Administering and Integrating PerfectForms™ section of the PerfectForms™ Help Guide. For more information on permissions, see the Granting Form Permissions topic in the PerfectForms™ Help Guide.
9. If you want to allow other users to do more than just view the report, click Share. Note that the options in the Permissions section are dynamic based on whether the report is shared or private.
Choose the user, group or position in the Permissions box then select the access level you want to assign to them (ranging from View to Full Control).
10.To publish the report, click Publish.
11.To provide a link to the report or embed the report in a Web page or e-mail, click Link. Select the appropriate text and copy and paste it into your HTML.
