Step 7: Publish Your Form

You can edit form access settings before publishing.

1.If you have not yet named your form, enter a Name.
2.In the Permissions section, the default selection of World is displayed. The World permission setting allows any user to create a new instance or view existing instances provided that they have a link to the form’s URL (which will be assigned once the form is actually published).
3.To modify permissions, use the Add and Remove buttons. To allow only licensed PerfectForms™ users to access the form, click Add and select Everyone. Then, select World and click Remove.

Note: If you need to assign access to the form only to specific users, groups or positions, you may need to access the Settings Dashboard and create them first.

For more information on creating users, groups and positions, see the Administering and Integrating PerfectForms™ section of the PerfectForms™ Help Guide.

For more information on permissions, see the Granting Form Permissions topic in the PerfectForms™ Help Guide.
