1.  Access the Forms Dashboard area by clicking the Forms tab.

2.  In the Forms Dashboard tree view, expand View Forms.

3.  Select the form name for which you want to view the instances.

The form instances are shown in the details frame. You may filter and search for a specific form instance in the list.

4.  To view the details of a specific form instance, select the instance from the tree view.

5.  To view the form instance itself, click the View button at the bottom of the page.

Reporting can be used to monitor form load and activity.
