New Application Stage

While most of the time these items will be Read-Only, when the form instance is a new application, these six objects need to be Normal (visible and editable).

1.On the Browser bar, change the Stage to 'New Application'.
2.With the top six input objects still selected, or re-select them if necessary, set the State to 'Normal'.

Important: When you select the Default stage, which in this case is New Application, you MUST leave the Role as "All". The role of "Applicant" is not specified until the form instance has been submitted as a new request.
