Only when the is new should the Submit button be shown. For the remainder of the life of the instance, it should be hidden. The navigation button will be the opposite, hidden when the stage is New Application.

| 1. | With Stage/Role combination as All/All in the , select the Submit button. |
| 2. | On the , set the State to 'Hidden'. |
| 3. | Select the Next page button. |
| 4. | On the Properties bar, set the State to 'Normal'. |
| 5. | On the Browser bar, change the Stage to 'New Application'. |
| 6. | Select the Submit button again and on the Properties bar set the State to 'Normal'. |
| 7. | Select the Next page button again and set the State to 'Hidden'. |
Note: After your initial testing, you can move the Next button onto the same position as the Submit button since the two buttons will never be displayed at the same time.
