Copy and paste the group you created in the previous steps to create two additional groups: Finance Approval Group and Executive Approval Group.

| 1. | Select the Manager Approval Group (it will be highlighted with a dotted line). |
| 2. | Right-click and select Copy then right-click and select Paste. |
| 3. | Select the new group and move it into place, adjusting the size accordingly. |
| 4. | Right-click and select Paste again to create a third group. |
Note: When you copy and paste objects on a form, the object names are retained. Because of this, it is important that you go into each of the two new groups and change the names to differentiate the copied objects from the originals.
| 5. | Where you see ‘Manager’, change to ‘Finance’ and ‘Executive’ accordingly: |
