A form is designed by dragging onto the layout . The different object types are categorized in four main sections:
As you drop each Text object onto the layout , it will be automatically selected allowing you to start typing in your text.

| 1. | Start your form by dragging six Text objects from the onto the layout . Enter text for each as shown in the image below. |
| 2. | Drag and drop a Small Heading object onto the layout . Enter text as shown in the image below. Do not focus on the positioning of the object at this time as this will be managed later, just put the objects in the approximate position shown below. |
Note: If an object becomes de-selected you can re-select it by double-clicking it.

| 3. | Drag four Text Input objects onto the form to the right of the four Text objects. |
| 4. | Drag a Drop-Down object to the right of the text object Department. |
| 5. | Drag a Date Input object to the right of the text object Required Date. |
| 6. | Save your form as you go along. From the Form menu, select Save. |
