We will now adjust the layout of the objects on the form using some of the format options. The options include:
| • | Make objects the same size |
| • | Move objects to top/bottom |
Using the Snap to Grid option is often the most effective way to line up multiple objects.

|
| 1. | From the View menu, select Snap to Grid. |
| 2. | From the View menu, select Grid. |
Note: In Form Properties, you can modify the grid dimensions and make the grid smaller. It is not necessary to show the grid in order to use this option but it can help.
| 3. | Move and align the objects on the form. |
| 4. | From the View menu, de-select Grid to turn off the grid view. |
|
In Form Properties, the Theme section allows you to edit the default appearance for most object types. If you change an object setting in the theme, it will change all of the objects of that type on the form.

|
| 1. | In the Theme section, locate the Small Heading option. |
| 4. | Select an alternative color. |
Note: Colors can be selected from the color palette or you can specify an exact hex value.
| 5. | In the Themes section, locate the Text option. |
| 6. | Select an alternative color and see how it changes all of the text objects on the form. |
