Name the Form Objects

It is very important to give the input objects sensible names so they can be easily identified when setting behaviors and designing reports later in this module.

 

We will specify an object name for the first text input object on the form.

1.Select the text input object nearest to the Applicant text object. It will be highlighted by a dotted line.
2.In Text Input Properties, enter ‘Applicant Name’ in the Name box.

 

Repeat the process for the other three text input objects on the page using the names:

 

•Applicant Email
•Manager Name
•Manager Email
