Now you build up your report using a combination of charts, lists and filter objects. Start with a bar chart which shows the number of in each stage.

| 1. | From the , drag a Bar Chart object onto the center of the layout area. |
Note: If there is only one datasource on the report, it is automatically selected. If there are multiple datasources, select the required one in Bar Chart Properties. Although it is possible to report across multiple forms in a single report, each report object may only link to a single datasource.
| 2. | From the Group drop-down, select the field to report on which is 'Meta – Stage'. |
| 3. | Ensure that Count and Meta – Stage are selected in the Value section. |
| 4. | Click the Bar Chart object and on the , select Can Set Dynamic Filter and Respect Dynamic Filters. |
| 5. | Size and position the chart. Add suitable text above the chart. |
| 6. | The sort mode can be changed in properties but for this chart it can remain unchanged. |
