Once you have specified the for the report, all of the available reportable objects will be listed. This includes the data objects on the form as well as some instance properties (known as form meta data) such as instance name, stage, last submission date and more.

| 1. | Select the fields that you want to report on by selecting the corresponding check box in the left most column. |
| 2. | Notice that the full name of the field includes the page, group and object name. You can specify a shortened name in the Display Name column. |
| 3. | From the list, choose the following fields and set the display names: |

Important: Do not select data from the table object at this time. If you report on data from a table object then each set of data for a row within the table is considered as a separate instance. It is often better to create a new datasource for objects which report on table data.
| 4. | If you want to set a global report filter, click the Edit button. |
| 5. | Click OK when complete. It is possible to specify more than one datasource for reporting across multiple forms in a single report. |
