Set up: Loading the Sample Tutorial Form

If you have not completed the Layout Tutorial and Behaviors Tutorial sections, you can download a sample form with the preliminary layout complete by clicking here.

Note: This form is only available for download through the online version of this help guide.

1.	To import a PerfectForms™ form (.PF), click the Import button under the Forms Dashboard tab.

2.	Locate the .PF file on your PC. It will then be uploaded and added into your Private Forms folder.

3.	You can upload forms that have been exported from another account or downloaded from the PerfectForms™ Web site.
