Adding Radio Buttons

Radio buttons are used to indicate a single choice from a group of related options. For a complete list of Radio Button Properties and their uses, see the Radio Button Properties reference table.

 

To add radio buttons:

1.With a form loaded in the Form Designer, drag a Radio Button Group object from the Common Inputs section of the Toolbox and drop it on the canvas. This will place three radio buttons on your page.
2.Drag a single Radio Button object from the Common Inputs section and drop it on the canvas. As a usability guideline, radio buttons should be used when the number of options is between two and seven and you should indicate a default selection.
3.If you want to display a default selection for a particular radio button, on Radio Button Properties select the Checked check box under the Main section.
