License Information

The License option in the Account tree contains information about account limitations and usage levels.

 

General

 

Options in the General section include:

 

•Package Name - Contains the name of the package assigned to this account (as configured by PerfectForms™ administrators). This is most applicable for On-Premise installations. See Packages.
•Expiry Date - Once this date passes, the account will be disabled.

 

 

Limits

 

Options in the Limits section include:

 

•Description - Contains the names of the various options or permissions allowed for this account.
•Current - Indicates the number or amount currently in use for the selected option. Note that this information is refreshed continuously and should be considered current.
•Limit - Indicates the maximum allowed.
•Status - Indicates if the current number is getting close to the limit.

 

 

Features

 

This section lists any special features granted to this account by the license.

 

Account license options include:

 

•Upgrade the Account - Click this button to go to the PerfectForms™ Web page that allows you to purchase an upgrade to your account.
•Refresh Storage - Click this button to refresh the page and get up-to-date storage details for the account.
