PerfectForms™ offers a Single Sign-On module which allows an organization using integrated Windows authentication through IIS to bypass the requirement for a user to perform an actual login (other than the initial login).
When you use Single Sign-On, each user can have an associated domain user name. This is usually automatically populated by PerfectForms™ if Single Sign-On is active. The automated setting of this field requires that the user logs in manually to PerfectForms™ once. This log-in associates the domain authenticated user name with the e-mail address and will populate the field. From this point on, PerfectForms™ will auto-detect the user signing in, look up the authenticated user name of the signing in user in the PerfectForms™ system and, if it finds a match, will let that user directly in.
Note: The Single Sign-On module only works in a Windows environment.
