Setting a State for One Role in a Specific Stage

You may only need to control the state of a form object for a role during one particular workflow stage.

 

To set the field state of an object based on one stage and role combination:

1.With a form loaded in the Form Designer, select State Markers from the View menu.
2.Select the form object(s) for which you want to manage the state.
3.On the Browser bar, select the Role for which the form object should be displayed in this state.
4.Select the stage in which the form object should be displayed in this manner to the selected role.
5.In the Properties bar, select the state from the list. This form object will be displayed in this manner when the selected role is accessing the form during the selected stage.
