Changing or Resetting Your Password

PerfectForms™ will send you an e-mail containing a password link whenever you:

 

Sign up for a new account
Reset your password
Click the 'Forgot your password?' option on the log-in page.

 

To change your password when you are logged in:

1.On the PerfectForms™ Settings Dashboard, expand Personal Settings in the tree and select Personal Details.
2.Under the Set New Password section, enter the Old Password, New Password and Repeat Password.
3.Click Apply Changes to save.

 


Note: If you are unable to log in, you can request that an account administrator with User privileges send you a password link by e-mail. The PerfectForms™ administrator can go to the Settings Dashboard, then in the User tree select the user name and click the Send Password-Link button.
