Setting a State for One Role Across All Stages

Previous  Home topic  Next  Print this topic Send Feedback

You may have a particular role that will never need access to a particular field. In this case, you want to assign a field state of Disabled or Read-only for that role across all workflow stages.

Example

You want to limit a user group's access to a field or page, regardless of stage. You still must create a role but your workflow would not require stages at this point.
