Overview of Field State Scenarios

Field states can be set through a variety of combinations:

 

•Setting a state for all roles during a particular stage.
•Setting a state for one role during a particular stage.
•Setting various states for an object that differ among roles for a given stage (a series of states among stages).
•Setting a state for all roles during all stages.
•Setting a state for one role across all stages.
