Accessing Archived Instances from the Form Instance Summary Area |

The Forms Dashboard includes two areas where a count of archived instances (by form) can be viewed. This includes the Edit Forms Overview page as well as the details area for a form that has been selected from the Edit Forms tree.
For either page, you can click the 'Archived' link to navigate to the Archived Instances page in the Settings Dashboard. There you can review a complete list of archived instances for the selected form or across forms.

The Edit Forms Overview page provides easy access to recently edited forms and other commonly performed tasks. In the Form Instances summary section of that page, you can see, at a glance, the number of archived form instances for a specific form.

Form Details Area |
|
The form details area for a selected form also offers a summary of form instances. Again, in this summary you can see the number of archived form instances associated with that specific form.
