The image below breaks down the components of a mobile approval form showing how each section is built.
| a. | The title of the mobile approval form is automatically included and is pulled from the title of the main form itself. |
| b. | The instructional text is unique to the mobile approval form. It was not selected from the main form, rather it is what you entered on the Add Mobile Approval dialog. If this was left blank then this section is hidden. |
| c. | The radio button section is automatically included on the mobile approval form and is labeled "Options". This section is always displayed. The captions for the radio buttons included in the section are linked to the Radio Button Group selected on the Add Mobile Approval dialog. |
| d. | The comments section is automatically included on the mobile approval form and is labeled "Comments". This section is conditionally displayed. The comments field for this section is linked to the text input selected on the Add Mobile Approval dialog. If nothing was selected, then this Comments section is hidden. |
| e. | The Submit button is automatically included in the mobile approval form. |
