The Archiving functionality is only available to Full users who have had the 'Archiving' option turned on in the Settings Dashboard > Users area. Once this option is turned on, users can then archive form instances, restore archived form instances and permanently delete archived form instances for forms on which they are the form owner. For more information on user administration, see the Administering Users, User-Groups and Positions topic.
To turn on the Archiving functionality for a user, complete the steps below.

Note: Archiving must first be enabled in the Administration Console before the 'Archiving' option is displayed at the user level. For details on the administration of archiving settings, see the Administering Archiving Settings topic.
