Configuring the Data Export Scheduler Service

Note: Before you can configure the scheduler, a PerfectForms™ administrator will need to send you the API Key for your account as detailed in Setting Up API User Access.

 

To configure the connection to the API, enter the following information in the Configuration tab of the Export Scheduler application.

1.After starting the application, click the Browse button located next to the Output folder and navigate to the local folder where the data exports will be saved.
2.Under the API Configuration area, enter your PerfectForms™ Username and Password.
3.Paste in the API Key that was sent to you from a PerfectForms™ account administrator.
4.Enter the PerfectForms™ API Address. You will use the URL of  your locally installed application before the API location (e.g. http://localhost.com/api/api.asmx).
5.Click Test Connection to verify the information was entered correctly.
6.Click OK to close or click the Schedule tab to set up an export task.
