How to use the PayPal Example in Your System

This section is only required if you are setting up the example on your own system. The process will require you to:

 

•Import the attached connection.
•Import the attached form.
•Publish the form.

This section is required for all tests using the PayPal Sandbox.

 

For this integration we are using a test account we have setup on the PayPal site. You must be logged in before you can continue. Use the following URL and credentials to log in to the test account:

 

•URL - https://developer.paypal.com/
•E-mail - testing@perfectforms.com
•Password - paypal+1234

Keep the page open for the duration of the following steps.
 

 

 

To run the example:

1.If you are using the example form on the PerfectForms™ system click the link: http://app.perfectforms.com/player.htm?f=lYagAgGH. If you are using the example that you have set up on your own system, locate the form on the Forms Dashboard and in the details area click the Link button. Copy the Link text and paste it into a new browser window.

2.Open the form URL (from the Link copied in the Link dialog) but do not click New Instance on the Dashboard as the form will not work this way. Click the Pay button.

3.The buyer test log-in page will open where you should use the following credentials if you are using the PerfectForms™ details. If you have your own account you can use your own credentials.
•E-mail - testin_1261059286_per@perfectforms.com
•Password - paypal+1234

Log In to PayPal

4.The PerfectForms™ Test Store will open. Wait for the Continue button to display, then click on it. You will be taken back to the second page of the form where the checkout process is completed.
5.Click the Do Checkout button.

Step 2

6.You will be taken to the final form page where you can see the transaction details from PayPal. The process is complete.
