The forms library provides forms for users to use as a template for creating their own forms. You can preview the form design and import it into your Private Forms folder on the dashboard and then customize the design as needed.

Tutorials

1.From the Home Page, click on the Edit Forms option or if you are already on the dashboard, choose Edit Forms from the navigation menu. Expand the Library folder and view the forms available.
2.To view descriptions and thumbnail images of the form pages, click the library form in the tree. The library form details are shown on the right.
