Importing a Form from the Forms Library

The forms library provides forms for users to use as a template for creating their own forms. You can preview the form design and import it into your Private Forms folder on the Dashboard and then customize the design as needed.

1.Load the Forms Dashboard, choose Edit Forms from the tree. Expand the Library folder and view the forms available.
2.To view descriptions and thumbnail images of the form pages, click the library form in the tree. The library form details are shown on the right.

3.To use the library form, click the Import button. A copy of the form is saved to your Private Forms folder in the Edit Forms tree.
4.Click on the form in the Private Forms tree and then click the Design button to open it in the Form Designer and customize it.

Note: Some additional set-up could be required if the form depends on connections to other forms. See Migrating Connections.
