PerfectForms™ offers a library of over 100 sample forms that can easily be customized or extended to meet your needs. These sample library forms can be found in a .ZIP file, available for download by clicking here.

Note: The sample library forms are only available for download through the online version of this help guide.

On the Save dialog click OK to save the .ZIP file locally. Double-click on the .ZIP file and extract the .PF files (using WinZip or another compression tool). Then log in to the Administration Console and follow the steps below to begin importing the library forms you want to supply to your users. You must have a valid Administration Console account in order to import library forms.

To import an existing library form from the downloaded .ZIP file:

Document Icon

1.Log in to the Administration Console and navigate to the Documents page.
2.Expand the Library tree and then select the Forms node in the tree.
3.Click Import.
4.Browse to the location on your computer where the .PF files were extracted from the .ZIP file and select the desired library form.
5.Click Next on the Import dialog.
6.Click Done after the success message displays on the Import dialog.

The newly imported form displays in the Library Form area on the right side of the page. All form attributes including name, description, form design and screenshots are included. You may choose to change attributes of the form such as reordering the pages or renaming them. It should be noted though that those changes affect only the details of the library form shown on the PerfectForms™ Dashboard and within the Administration Console. Changes of this nature will not be reflected in the Form Designer.
