Managing Employee Evaluations Example

Previous  Home topic  Next  Print this topic Send Feedback

This example demonstrates how to manage evaluations of the employees in your organization. For this example, there is a management form as well as an employee evaluation form.

The management form enables you to identify the employee to be evaluated and that employee's direct manager, as well as to determine the employees who will be asked to provide feedback on the employee being evaluated.

Once the evaluators have been identified, there is a looping process that will create individual instances of the Employee Evaluation form, passing the employee and evaluator details into that form.

The Employee Evaluation Example form is used as the evaluation form. Instances are created automatically from the management form and are then immediately submitted, which triggers a notification to the evaluator requesting them to enter their feedback.

The name of the employee to be evaluated, along with the name and e-mail of the employee providing the evaluation are imported into this form using custom parameters.

Note: This demonstration is comprised of two forms. To download these as well as a text file with simple setup instructions, click here. To import the forms, log in to PerfectForms™ and proceed to the Forms Dashboard. Click Import then browse to the .PF files on your local drive and continue through the wizard.
