The following prerequisites must be met prior to installation of the PerfectForms™ Web Part Collection:
| • | Pre-installed PerfectForms™ On-Premise or On-Demand |
| • | SharePoint 2007 or SharePoint Services 3.0 |
| • | Permissions to access an external web service from SharePoint |
Optional: Installation of PerfectForms™ SSO (Single Sign-On) Gateway.
