When the user finishes making selections on the mobile approval form and clicks the Submit button, the responses are submitted to the PerfectForms™ server in the same way they would be had they been completed using the originating form. Stage is progressed, Mandatory rules are enforced and Workflow behaviors are executed just as they would have been for the full version of the form.
Note: If a field is mandatory for a specific stage and role where mobile approval is used, and that mandatory field is NOT included in the mobile approval form, then the mandatory check is not enforced and the mobile approval form may still be submitted.
The mobile approval form does not support object-level behaviors such as "Text Input Changes Data". It does however support the "Form Submits Data" and "Form Closes" behaviors as established in the originating form. The mobile approval form also processes Workflow progression and Workflow-level behaviors. The table below includes the list of behavior commands that are and are not supported in conjunction with mobile approval forms.
