PerfectForms™ will often send out e-mail notifications to inform people that they need to take action on a form instance. These e-mails will usually include a link that, when clicked, will bring up the form instance.
By default, PerfectForms™ will not require the user to log in and will bring up the form instance immediately. However, some applications will require more stringent security. Checking the Require login from notification email link option on the Forms Dashboard > Edit Forms details page will require that the user enters their user name and password.
This does, of course, mean that the user receiving the notification will need to have a full or basic user license.
