Account resources that are currently offered are:
| • | Lists - Lists are resources that can be used when designing your forms and reports. Lists will include commonly used options for your business needs such as lists of staff, lists of regions, lists of branch offices and more. You will be able to access list resources when adding drop-downs and lists to your forms. See Adding a List as an Account Resource. |
| • | E-mail Servers - E-mail Servers are resources that allow you to control the e-mail server from which PerfectForms™ sends its e-mail messages. Adding e-mail servers as resources at the account level allows you to override the overall system e-mail server and use a custom server to send form notifications and system e-mails. See Adding an E-mail Server as an Account Resource. |
Note: You must have a Full User account with the added Account privilege in order to create account resources.
