The Data Export Scheduler is a service available only to On-Premise users. It is an application which can be installed on any machine that will allow scheduled exports of form data to be specified on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. This service calls the PerfectForms™ Form API at scheduled times.

The user should be familiar with the pre-requisites of using the API. See Setting Up API Account Access.

Note: The Data Export Scheduler only works in a Windows environment. The executable file needed to install the Data Export Scheduler Service can be obtained by contacting PerfectForms™ technical support.
