If you need to search for notifications, you may enter a title then click the Search Notifications button on the Notifications overview.

You can also enter criteria in the Filter section of the Attention Needed and No Attention Needed pages.

If you want to locate a specific form instance by its form instance name rather than the notification title then you should go to the Forms Dashboard) and view it from there.

Note: When a notification is sent to a PerfectForms™ position, it is seen on the Dashboard by the user who occupies that position. If a new user is put into the position, they will be shown all historical notifications sent to that position. When a user is removed from a position, they will no longer see notifications in their Dashboard that were sent to that position. This only applies to notifications in the PerfectForms™ Dashboard, it does not affect any e-mails that have already been sent.
