Setting Up a Scheduled Export

To set up a scheduled export for a form:

1.On the Schedule tab of the Export Schedule application, select the Configure Task details as described below.
2.Choose the Repeat Task interval. If you choose Daily, the export task will run at the time selected at the left each day. If you choose Weekly, the export task will run on this day of the week at this time. If you choose Monthly, the export task will run on this day of the month at this time every month.

Note: If you choose Monthly on the 31st day, the application will automatically set the date as the 30th on an ongoing basis. It will not run on the 31st after that even if the month has 31 days.


3.Use the up and down arrows to manipulate the Date/Time combination if needed.
4.Enter the API Reference Link. This link can be found on the PerfectForms™ Forms Dashboard. Go to the form details in the Edit Forms view of the Dashboard. Click the Link button and copy the API Reference text. Paste it into the Scheduler.

Note: The API Reference Link changes whenever a new version of the form is published. You will need to update the Scheduler whenever a new version of a form is published.


5.Click Add Task.
6.Repeat the steps above for each form that should have a scheduled data export. Click OK to close.
