You can use the sample applications accessible from the Design Gallery page of the PerfectForms™ Web site. All new accounts will have these applications available in the Forms Library by default. However, On-Premise users may not have these particular samples in the Forms Library.

From the Design Gallery menu, select from categories such as Human Resources, Finance, Surveys and more.

Once you've selected a category and navigated to that page, click on the image of the sample application you want to launch. You will be prompted to log into PerfectForms™.
