The View Forms tree allows you to view instances of forms that you own or view form instances you have created. You can view a summary of all open and closed instances related to a form by selecting the form from the tree.

Note: When viewing the summary of form instances, the View and Details buttons will be disabled until you are viewing a form instance with which you are involved (for example: you are part of the approval process, have received a notification, or have some other role related to the form).

You can view a specific form instance by navigating to the instance in the tree and then clicking View. Access the data history of an instance or the details including notifications.
