The Browser bar provides an overview of form components including: pages, form fields and objects, image and media assets, and roles and field access.

Browser Heading Buttons

The Browser heading buttons allow you to toggle back and forth between the Browser and Toolbox bars as well as to access context-sensitive help information.

Click the Toolbox button to toggle back to the Toolbox view.

Help Button

Click the Help button to launch context-sensitive help documentation specific to the Browser Bar.

Objects Section

The Objects section provides a list of the form pages and objects. When you select a page from the list, the form objects for that page are presented.

Click the move up and down buttons to reorder the pages on the form.

Objects Section

Universal - Inline Toggle - UpBehaviors

The Behaviors section provides a list of the form pages and objects which have behaviors associated with them.

Drill down into the pages and objects to view the associated behaviors.

 

 

 

Assets Section

The Assets section shows any stored images, sound, or movie clips that have been added to your form. Buttons located in the section heading enable you to add new or delete existing assets from the form.

The State and Mandatory section allows you to control user access to objects and indicate when input is mandatory.

Select a Stage (and optionally a Role) then click the State button or Mandatory button to view a matrix of form objects for that stage and state combination.

Objects overview: State

Click State to load the object states overview. This dialog provides a matrix view of all form objects and their states as the user/roles will see them at the various stages. You can view the object states for any role/stage combination.

 

With field state management, you control access to individual objects on the form. You can prevent individual roles from changing, or even viewing, specific data or areas on the form.

Objects overview: Mandatory

Click Mandatory to load the objects overview. This dialog provides a matrix view of all form input objects and indicates whether an answer is mandatory or not at the various stages. You can view the mandatory inputs for any role/stage combination.
