Notifications to User

Select this radio button to cancel all notifications being sent to a specific user.

To select the desired user, click the Select button, then navigate to the user you want to choose.

Once a selection has been made, the user name will be shown in the read-only text box to the left of the Select button.

Notifications to User Group

Select this radio button to cancel all notifications being sent to a specific user group.

To select the desired user group, click the Select button, then navigate to the user group you want to choose.

Once a selection has been made, the user group name will be shown in the read-only text box to the left of the Select button.

Select this radio button to cancel all notifications being sent to a specific position.

To select the desired position, click the Select button, then navigate to the position you want to choose.

Once a selection has been made, the position name will be shown in the read-only text box to the left of the Select button.

Select this radio button to cancel all notifications being sent to a specific e-mail address.

Enter the e-mail address into the text box below the radio button.

Notifications to Email Taken From Field

Select this radio button to cancel all notifications being sent to an e-mail address that is contained within a form field.

To select the form field with the e-mail address, click the Select button, then navigate to the field you want to choose.

Once a selection has been made, the field name will be shown in the read-only text box to the left of the Select button.

Summary

Auto-Summary

Auto-summary refers to the text that will be shown on the command in the Behaviors canvas. By default, this check box is selected.

For commands that use a condition or calculation, Auto-Summary will display the formula selected in the Condition Properties. If no condition exists, nothing will be displayed.

If you wish to have other summary text display, clear the Auto-summary check box and type the custom text in the list box below. Your text will be retained if you later decide to enable Auto-summary.
