Creating a New Private Form

Note: To create a new form from a library form, see Importing a Form from the Forms Library.

 

To create a new form:

1.Log in to PerfectForms™.
2.On the Forms Dashboard, click the New button and select Form.

Note: If the option is not available to you, you do not have privileges to edit forms. You will need to upgrade your account.

3.A new form details page is shown which allows you to name the form and edit the form settings.

4.Click Design to open the new form in the Form Designer.
