This interactive tutorial form demonstrates the following four methods for creating relationships between forms:
| • | Show Form button object |
| • | Show Form behavior command |
| • | Using a Show Form button in a Table object |
| • | Manual linking of forms (no parent-child relationship) |
Note: To download the Parent example form click here. To download the Child example form click here. Then extract and import both parent and child forms. Log on to PerfectForms™, go to the Forms Dashboard and click the Import button. Then select the form file you saved locally (.PF) and continue through the import steps. The child form should be published first, then open the parent form in the form designer and read the set-up instructions included in the form.
