Behavior

 

 

 

Main Section

The Main section contains the name and sound options for the object.

Name

Name

Enter a name for the object. This is the name of the object as it will show in field chooser, the Browser bar and other object lists.

 

 

Sound

Asset

Select the sound file to play.

 

Only files that have been previously uploaded in the Browser bar > Assets section will be available for selection.

 

Multimedia files (such as pictures, movies or sound files) are all added in the same way. For information on how to add a multimedia file, see the Adding a Picture or Graphic topic.

Autoplay

Select this check box to play the sound when the form is loaded.

 

 

Loop

Select this check box to have the sound file loop and play continuously.

 

 

Volume

Move the slider to control the volume of the sound file.

 

 

 

 

Behavior Section

The Behavior section lists possible events on the object that can prompt a behavior to run.

Sound Starts

This event occurs when the sound file begins playback.

 

How Behaviors Are Triggered

 

Sound Ends

This event occurs as the sound file comes to an end.

Sound is Created

This event occurs when a sound file is created.
