A Table object is like a spreadsheet in that it is organized in a row and column format and it can scroll vertically as well as horizontally. Row and column calculations can be automatically performed using behaviors.
Table objects are often used for:
| • | Recording a variable number of line items for things like invoice line items. |
| • | A front-end for linked or parent-child forms where each row in the table links the parent form to one or more child forms. |
This section assumes a good working knowledge of the form Layout view as well as behaviors. For more information on setting behaviors, see the Adding Behaviors topics.
