How Behaviors Are Triggered

Behaviors are always triggered by events in the form. These include:

•	Form events - Form opens, closes or data is submitted.

•	Page events - Page opens, closes or is clicked.

•	Object events - Options vary depending on object type.

You can specify a behavior to run whenever one of these events occurs.

Note: The maximum number of commands that are executed in a sequence of a single behavior is 250,000.

Note: In addition to form layout events, behaviors can be triggered by workflow paths (as in the case of notifications).
