The Accounts page provides a list of all accounts, both active and inactive, that have been created in the system. You can also create new accounts from this page. You can determine the number of accounts you have available to create by referencing the Max. Accounts field on the Overview page.

 

Note: It is possible that your license only allows you to have one account. In this case you will not be allowed to create new accounts and the New button will be disabled.

 

 

Searching for Accounts

 

To locate accounts on the Accounts page, complete the following steps:

1.Choose a radio button to search either by account name or by the e-mail address associated with an account.
2.Enter a value in the corresponding text entry box.
3.If applicable, choose to include only active accounts in the search results by checking the Active Only check box.
4.Click the Search button to refresh the list with accounts matching the search criteria.

Exporting a List of Accounts to CSV

 

To export a list of accounts to CSV, click the Export button on the Accounts page. You will be prompted to save the .CSV file locally. The following parameters are included in the .CSV export:

 

•LastPlayerLoginDate (Represents the date of the last time a form from this account was opened in player even if World permission, and no actual login took place)
•ExpiryDate        
•Package        
•LastLimitsUpdateDate (Represents the date of the last update to the limits of this account.)        
•AdminPhone        
•Forms
•Instances        
•Reports        
•MaxStorage        
•Storage (Represents the current storage amount used.)
