The Administration Console is available to PerfectForms™ On-Premise installations and can be found at: <installation path>/admin/admin.html

Note: The 'installation path' portion of the URL above is your site's actual host and folder path (specified during the installation process).

You will be required to enter the user name and password for the admin account (specified during the installation process) in order to access the Administration Console.
