Send Password Link for On-Premise User‘s Password

1.Go to the Accounts page.
2.Within the Accounts list, locate and double-click on the account you want to work with.
3.On the Account Details page under the Users section, a list displays the users associated with the selected account.
4.Click the Send button in the Password column. This will send an e-mail to the user containing a link to a page that allows them to create a new password.

Note: If the link is not clicked within 24 hours it will expire and if a password change is needed another link will have to be sent.


 

Reset or Resend Password


Note: You must have configured the SMTP profile in order for the password notification to be sent successfully. For more information, see Updating the System E-mail Server Configuration.
