User Type Affects Navigation Options

A PerfectForms™ administrator can assign three types of user levels: Basic, Full and Limited User.

Basic User

Basic users are limited in which Dashboards are available to them. The Connections Dashboard is not available to basic users. Their tree views will not contain Edit nodes. Some views on the Settings Dashboard are also restricted for basic users. Basic users can be given access to the Offline Form Manager application.

Note: The majority of users will have the basic user license.

Full User

A full user can access the full range of PerfectForms™ functionality, though the system administrator may still limit some system privileges. You will have a full user license under the following circumstances:

If you have signed up for a trial account;
If a PerfectForms™ administrator has assigned you user rights to edit forms and reports or to administer users and the PerfectForms™ account settings.

Limited User

A limited user can not log into the PerfectForms™ application. Limited users can only access PerfectForms™ from links in system-generated e-mails, from other public links or through the Offline Form Manager. While you are not able to log in to the application as a limited user, you can be assigned to user-groups and positions and can also receive notifications.

Note: This type of user role does not count against the total user count (either basic or full) allowed for your account.
