No Attention Needed

One of the reasons you might need to establish a notification to a user is to grant them access to a form. In some cases, you might want to grant access to form instances but not actually prompt a notification to the user.

To set up this type of access complete the following steps:

Document Icon

1.With a form loaded in the Form Designer in the Workflow view, select the path with the Notify behavior command.
2.Click Edit.
3.On the General tab, select an Attention Level of 'No Attention Needed'. This option allows the user to search for and locate the form on the Notifications Dashboard at some point in the future without any notifications or visual prompts cluttering the Dashboard.
