Columns

Specify the columns that you wish to display using these check boxes.

When this option is selected, the form instance is opened in a new browser window. If you choose not to select this option, it is recommended that you provide a URL for a page that can display the form as an embedded form.

URL for embedded forms

If Open in new Window is not selected, links in the tree will open this URL in the current browser window.  Parameters will be appended that are understood by the  PerfectForms™ Page-View Web Part.

In most cases, this will be the URL of another page on the same SharePoint site.

Filters

You may filter the notifications by attention level and by name. The names are specified as a comma-separated list. If necessary, you can restrict the list to only the highest attention level.
