Show Notifications
|
When checked, notifications for the currently authenticated user are shown in the tree and categorized by attention level.
|
Show Reports
|
When checked, the reports available to the currently authenticated user are displayed in the tree.
|
Show Forms
|
When checked, the blank forms available to the currently authenticated user are displayed in the tree.
|
Open in new Window
|
When checked, links in the tree will open the form directly from the PerfectForms™ server in a new window.
|
URL for embedded forms
|
If Open in new Window is not checked, links in the tree will open this URL in the current browser window. Parameters will be appended that are understood by the PerfectForms™ Page-View Web Part.
In most cases, this will be the URL of another page on the same SharePoint site.

Forms to show
|
A comma-separated list of form names. If set, only those blank forms listed will be shown.
|
Notifications to show
|
A comma-separated list of notification names. If set, only those notifications listed will be shown.
|
|
These check boxes allow you to determine which priority levels are displayed in the notifications section.
For example, you might have one tree that displays only Extremely Urgent notifications on a Home page and a second tree on another page that displays the remaining notifications.
|
Highest Attention level only
|
This allows you to highlight only the most urgent notifications. This can, for example, help to ensure that those notifications are handled first.
|
Reports to show
|
A comma-separated list of report names. If set, only those reports listed will be shown.
