Description

Show Notifications

When checked, notifications for the currently authenticated user are shown in the tree and categorized by attention level.

Show Reports

When checked, the reports available to the currently authenticated user are displayed in the tree.

Show Forms

When checked, the blank forms available to the currently authenticated user are displayed in the tree.

When checked, links in the tree will open the form directly from the PerfectForms™ server in a new window.

URL for embedded forms

If Open in new Window is not checked, links in the tree will open this URL in the current browser window.  Parameters will be appended that are understood by the  PerfectForms™ Page-View Web Part.

In most cases, this will be the URL of another page on the same SharePoint site.

Forms to show

A comma-separated list of form names. If set, only those blank forms listed will be shown.

Notifications to show

A comma-separated list of notification names. If set, only those notifications listed will be shown.

Extremely Urgent
Very Urgent
Urgent
High Priority
Normal Priority
No Attention

These check boxes allow you to determine which priority levels are displayed in the notifications section.

For example, you might have one tree that displays only Extremely Urgent notifications on a Home page and a second tree on another page that displays the remaining notifications.

Highest Attention level only

This allows you to highlight only the most urgent notifications. This can, for example, help to ensure that those notifications are handled first.

Reports to show

A comma-separated list of report names. If set, only those reports listed will be shown.
